Such doors are characterized by the presence of transverse strips between the two side posts. In essence, they form a frame, which can later be filled with auxiliary materials. The number of cross bars is usually 2 or more. This ensures greater structural rigidity. Based on the assembly principle, drawer doors are a type of panel doors, but they are more advanced in terms of strength and durability. The inserts are thicker, the design is more rigid, which determines these qualities. Nevertheless, the modular assembly principle makes it possible to replace parts if they are damaged. In essence, a side door is a kind of constructor, which not only makes them more practical, but also adds decorative elements. The prefabricated door consists of: - Standing profiles made of Euro timber (joined timber of coniferous wood, glued together and closed in a circle with an MDF board), the thickness of the standing profile after wrapping is 40 ± 0.5 mm. - Tsar (transverse profile) 110 mm wide (top) and 200mm (bottom) made from a 28mm thick MDF board; Panels (internal filling) made from a 10mm thick MDF board.
