Delivery

Delivery in Kiev when purchasing large goods worth 5000 UAH. (not taking into account goods with additional discounts, or auction items) and more are carried out free of charge within 2-3 days . If the order amount does not exceed 5000 UAH, or you do not have time to wait, then delivery is paid separately and ranges from 350 UAH (check with managers). Please note that delivery is carried out to the entrance (lifting to the floor is paid separately). Delivery time is from 10 to 16-00.

Free delivery, when purchasing large items, to the suburbs of Kyiv for orders over 7,000 UAH. (not taking into account goods with additional discounts, or auction positions) Chaika, Irpen, Vyshneve, Borshchagovka, Kryukovshchina, Gatnoe, Vasilkov, Vyshgorod, Bortnichi, Boryspil and any other area. Delivery for a certain time and day is only paid.

We deliver throughout Ukraine by carrier companies (Novaya Poshta, Intime, Autolux, Sat, Vash Chas), delivery is paid by the client and ranges from 100 UAH (according to the tariffs of the courier service), it all depends on the size of the package. We ship orders the same day, delivery time is 1-2 days. During transportation of goods, the transport company is responsible for its safety. Therefore, we STRONGLY recommend that buyers carefully inspect the goods upon receipt at the warehouse of the transport company.
If you find external damage to the goods, DO NOT accept the goods and do not pay for them, but draw up an act of refusal, indicating the damage.
If you pick up a damaged item from our warehouse, we will not be able to accept the item back or replace it.

Pickup

You can pick up your order (by prior clarification, subject to availability) with your own transport from our wholesale warehouse at the address: Kyiv, Vernadskogo Boulevard 26 (metro stations Svyatoshino, Zhitomirskaya or Akademgorodok)

Return

If for some reason the purchase is not suitable for you, we will accept it back without any problems in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please note: ordered goods made to individual sizes, as well as cut-to-length goods, cannot be returned. You can find the full text of the law on the official website .

Payment Methods

1. Cashless payments for individuals
Payment is made through the bank according to an issued invoice (fax, e-mail). Payment through the PRIVAT24 terminal is also possible. The order will be shipped after the money has been received in our bank account. All necessary financial documents will be provided to you along with the goods in exchange for a power of attorney.
2. cash payment
Payment on the spot or to the driver upon receipt of the goods.
3. cash on delivery
Payment on the spot at the courier service (Novaya Poshta, Intime, Autolux, Sat, Nash Chas) upon receipt of the goods in your city (we ship on the day of order).
