Recently, sandwich panels using polystyrene sheets have appeared on the Ukrainian market. Polystyrene sheet consists of 80% polystyrene and 20% additives. According to their characteristics, polystyrene sheets support combustion and emit very harmful substances to human health, which is very dangerous, and also have low resistance to ultraviolet rays and the environment, which can cause yellowing and deformation of the sheet. For a polystyrene sheet, the service life is 3-4 months, after which it noticeably changes its color, regardless of where it was installed outside or inside the building. Colored PVC sheet is widely used as a convenient material for cladding and interior decoration. It is a rigid PVC sheet with a thickness of at least 1.0 mm, onto which a special multilayer PVC film with a thickness of 250 microns is applied using the co-extrusion method. This film was developed and produced by the German company Hornschuch for decorative finishing of plastic and metal structures. The coextrusion method involves applying a decorative film to the surface of a molten mass of PVC sheet. As a result, mutual penetration of one material into another occurs at the structural level. In this case, the absence of an adhesive connection between the two materials makes the sheet more resistant to external influences and reliable when used for outdoor work.
